Gandolfe …. I think that's his name…the wizard from Lord of the Rings….anyways, my son left his little plastic form on the edge of the bathtub and I considered him while I showered.   Certainly a razor is the easiest way to manage facial hair, yet the wise man is always depicted with a long flowing beard.  I came to the conclusion that maybe its a wise choice to tend to life matters rather than constantly shaving things clean.
